Over more than a decade, Maureen has led high volume recruitment, launched new programs and developed teams, so that professionals can thrive, not just endure their work.
Through Viviane Care Group, she partners with care providers, schools and community leaders in Massachusetts and New Hampshire to create pathways, programs and workplaces that respect caregivers as professionals and whole people.
